Ikärajajousto


Elokuvateattereista tuttu ikärajajousto koskee myös digitaalisia pelejä. Ikärajajousto tarkoittaa sitä, että ikärajasta voidaan joustaa kolme vuotta, mikäli lapsi on aikuisen seurassa. Jousto on tarkoitettu tilanteeseen, jossa huoltaja tai lapsen hyvin tunteva aikuinen voi sitä harkiten käyttää. Lue joustosta lisää täältä. Tapahtumien ikärajat ovat ehdottomia, mutta tapahtuman kanssa voidaan sopia joustosta poikkeustapauksissa, jos tapahtumaan osallistuva pelaaja on alaikäinen. Alaikäinen voi osallistua tapahtumaan aikuisen seurassa, esim. vanhemman, valmentajan tai joukkuetoverin kanssa. On kuitenkin huomioitava, että 18 vuoden ikäraja on ehdoton ja jousto ei koske sitä.

Merkinnät ja PEGI-ikärajat

Ikärajat selviävät yleensä helposti esimerkiksi konsolipeleistä CD-kotelon kannesta. Pan European Game Information, eli PEGI, ylläpitää ja valvoo ikärajojen toteutumista Euroopassa. PEGI:llä on kattava lista ikäraja- ja sisältömerkinnöistä sen verkkosivuilla.
